Agree with other comments, no need whatsoever to take off kick plate ( risk damage or breaking clips) just pull door rubber seal away from above where side panels fit.

#6 for custom car and truck people with lowered vehicles - LOOSE REAR LEAF SPRING DROP BLOCKS - 3 or 4 inch drop blocks being loose from season to season - you hit a bump and it will knock - aka slap up and adown in the middle of the two large U-Bolts that hold the drop blocks in place. Another one is the Transmission Mount near the drive shaft of the transmission from the rubber block being worn out or the bolt that holds it into place through the middle of the rubber block is a bolt and a nut - if that nut and bolt gets jolted hard enough and there's some rust on the nut and the bolt, it can strip the thread - sometimes there's not even a nut on there after so long. IE like a 95+ Chevy S10 extended cab LS 2.2L 5 speed manual transmission - and with that in mind, the carrier/hanger bearing on 2 piece extended cab drive shafts - the surround of the bearing being worn out. (also make sure the wedge point (ish) angle is facing toward the front of the pickup, not the rear and have a 1 inch spacer placed under the hanger/carrier bearing to actually have the correct drive shaft angle - or the u bolts will go bad - your donut weight balancer on the drive shaft can come loose (bad) lol ask me how I know! - And that can ruin that carrier / hanger bearing really fast. And there's your dinner! #MINITRUCKER for life!

this is for NONE turbo B200. Turbo variant is WAY more difficult. best of luck.

I'm hoping this might help some people. Video is easy to follow, but some extra thing I had to do. Spanner sets don't come with a 15mm spanner so you will need to buy this. Also, the part where he unscrews the H8 bit set, mine didn't come out even with a breaker bar so after some searching online you can remove the pads and disk without unscrewing the H8 (allen key bolts). Once you unscrew the screw holding disc you just need to manoeuvre it out with slight force. Also had a problem winding the piston back in as my new brake pads were really thick, There was air in the system which stopped the piston going fully in so loosen off the bleed valve (tiny bolt with rubber on top) then the piston can be fully wound in. Don't forget to wear them in properly before driving. Hope this helps!
